1. Introduction

Welcome to Konstant Growth Inc.™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services, consulting engagements, products, and educational resources provided by Konstant Growth Inc.™. By engaging with our services, purchasing a consulting package, or accessing our platforms, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

• Konstant Growth Inc.™ is not a credit repair company.
• We are a business consulting agency specializing in:
  Business acquisition strategies,
  Corporate structuring and compliance,
  Entrepreneurial development,
  Credit education and utilization,
  Business funding pathways.

Our mission is to guide entrepreneurs through building fundable, compliant business foundations and to provide all-in-one consulting solutions that may include credit-related education and bundled benefits.

3. Credit Services Disclaimer

• We do not sell standalone credit repair programs.
• Credit education and credit bureau dispute support may be included as part of larger consulting packages, but clients are purchasing consulting services, not credit repair.
• Konstant Growth Inc.™ makes no guarantees regarding the removal of debts, accounts, or derogatory information from any credit bureau.

4. Refund & Guarantee Policy

• Because consulting results vary depending on client participation, data accuracy, and third-party institutions, we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
• However, if no improvements are reflected across any credit bureau after reasonable effort and engagement by Konstant Growth Inc.™, the client may be eligible for:
  A partial refund, or
  A full refund (at the sole discretion of the Company).
• Refund requests must be made in writing within 30 days of final service delivery.

5. Client Responsibilities

By entering into a consulting relationship with Konstant Growth Inc.™, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for business and consulting services.
• Maintain active communication and responsiveness throughout the engagement.
• Understand that results may depend on client actions (e.g., following provided strategies, submitting requested documents, implementing advised structures).

6. No Legal, Tax, or Financial Advice

• Konstant Growth Inc.™ provides consulting and educational services only.
• We are not a law firm, CPA firm, or financial institution.
• Nothing in our services shall be construed as legal, tax, or financial advice. Clients are encouraged to consult with licensed attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors for such matters.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Konstant Growth Inc.™ and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Client agrees that their exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with services is limited to the refund policy described in Section 4.

8. Intellectual Property

• All materials, content, tools, logos, and resources provided by Konstant Growth Inc.™ are protected by intellectual property laws.
• Clients may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary materials without prior written consent.

9. Payment Terms

• All consulting services must be paid for according to the agreed-upon package pricing.
• Payments are non-transferable and subject to refund policies in Section 4.
• Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services until payment is fulfilled.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
• Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

11. Nationwide Services

Konstant Growth Inc.™ operates nationwide, with primary service hubs in:

• Atlanta, Georgia
• Billings, Montana
  We proudly serve entrepreneurs across the United States.

12. Amendments

• Konstant Growth Inc.™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be posted publicly and effective immediately upon publication.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any signed consulting agreements or package invoices, constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Konstant Growth Inc.™, superseding all prior communications, representations, or understandings.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a package, engaging in consulting, or otherwise working with Konstant Growth Inc.™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
